Situated on it's own private and peaceful acreage, the Ranch Retreat is a fully-restored country farmhouse.  

Fully equipped and finely furnished for optimum comfort and convenience, the home offers 3200 square feet of living space.

Four Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms with antique brass beds are on the main floor.  Two with queen-size beds and one with a full (double).  The 4th bedroom is on the lower level with a queen size bed.  All beds are equipped with top of the line mattresses and linens.   An additional full-size sofa bed is located in the rec-room on the lower level.

Two fully-appointed bathrooms.  The main floor bathroom offers an antique claw-foot tub and the bathroom on the lower level is equipped  with a shower.

Media Room with billiards table,  big-screen T.V. and collection of DVD movies.

Full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

Open living, dining, & kitchen area with large centre island.  Perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.

The outdoor living offers:

  • a covered wrapping verandah and open sundeck area.

  • Firepit and BBQ area on the lawn.

  • Two Barbeques - one propane, one briquette.

  • Horse-shoe toss pits.

  • Sweeping lawn area with wide open space for a variety of outdoor games and activities.

  • Pastoral and mountain views.

The outdoor lawn area is highlighted by the ancient weeping willow trees, perfect for enjoying the hammock in the shade

Located in the beautiful Bradner countryside, the City of Abbotsford is a short 20 minute drive East.  The secenic village of historic Fort Langley, laden with antique stores, specialty shops and restaurants is a quick 15 minute drive west.  Ten minutes south, is the small town of Aldergrove for all shopping conveniences, while the City of Langley is a mere 20 minute drive away.   Out in the country, yet close enough for shoppping, entertainment and a wide range of family and outdoor activities.

The magnificent Fraser River is very close, offering fabulous fishing, walking trails, and wildlife viewing.  For the more adventurous, the river is a good hike or bike ride down the back road of Pemberton Hills, which is closed to vehicle traffic.
